LBL Partners with Alliance-One Services, Inc.

Lincoln Benefit Life Company (LBL) is now partnering with Alliance-One Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and a licensed third-party administrator. Alliance-One will handle under LBL’s direction all administrative services for life products (except GenBuilder policies), such as billing, responding to customer service and claim requests, and accepting payments for most LBL life policies.1

What can you expect with this change?

  • You will have new contact information for LBL. See the quick reference guide for important information needed to do business on your life policies, such as updated contact and website information.
  • Alliance-One will handle service calls for life insurance policies (except GenBuilder policies) through U.S.-based call centers. Please call:
    • 844-768-6777 for fixed life insurance policy service and all claims inquiries
    • 844-768-6780 for variable life insurance policy service
  • Allstate continues to handle commissions and license maintenance for life insurance.
  • Use the Policy Finder tool to easily identify the service provider for any LBL policy on which you are authorized to access information.
