The following Lincoln Benefit Life variable life products (countrywide, excluding New York) will be impacted by a sub-account change detailed below:

Sub-Account Change
Legg Mason Partners Variable Equity Trust have approved the merger of the ClearBridge Variable Fundamental All Cap Value Portfolio – Class I into the ClearBridge Variable Large Cap Value Portfolio – Class I on or about a conversion date of December 5, 2014.
ClearBridge Variable Fundamental All Cap Value Portfolio – Class I will no longer be offered as an investment option as of the conversion date. New premiums, or transfers into this sub-account will not be accepted as of the conversion date.
